BDS - partners as your partner
The BDS Group has operated in the field of management consulting since 1984, first as a one-man business, and from 1985 in its present legal form. From the very onset, its activities have focused on the spheres of corporate restructuring, company acquisitions and sales, and business consulting in general. With the takeover of the business activities of the trust company Ernst Peter in 1987, a second pillar in tax and accounting consulting was added. In 1993, based on the realisation that good consultants can only be bound to a company in the long-term if they have a personal financial interest, the company founder, Prof. Dr. Giorgio Behr, laid the foundation of the current partnership model. This structure not least provides a guarantee for the company's long-term outlook. With BDS, you are the partner of partners, and thus have the opportunity to benefit from comprehensive specialised knowledge in the most diverse of spheres in the form of an integral package of services.
In addition, since 1985 BDS has worked in close collaboration with the Zurich-based law firm, Dr. Andreas Coradi. In 1986, the company opened a branch in Zurich. Today, the BDS Group employs some 20 experts, making it not only the largest consulting firm in the Schaffhausen region, but also a nationally and internationally successful consulting group.
